So another year another DrupalCon 😀 Was so happy to have made it back to Europe for DrupalCon after getting sick last year it was great to be able to attend again. There was so many old faces makes you realise how long you have been around the community.
The conference was great keynote from Dries as usual was an interesting look at what is coming up in the next little bit for Drupal and where he sees the focus to be. Another highlight was Fabien Potencier where he spoke about programming and what he sees as important to moving programming forward.
The social events were great, there was a night in a beer garden that can sit 6000 people, I normally see those numbers of people at a music festival and I have never seen that many people at a beer garden
It was a great time as usual meet many new people and saw lots of old faces, learnt alot of information and was greatly inspired The Drupal business days were great as the format for the day I enjoyed it was splitting up into smaller groups to discuss certain topics. Everyone voted on the topics they wanted to discuss and then broke into smaller groups to discuss some of the challenges they face in that area or some tips they have.
